By accessing or using any Project-Labs-x product, website, or service (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors. Where applicable, additional terms may apply to specific products and will be presented at the point of use. We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. Accounts registered with false information, or created to circumvent a prior ban, may be terminated without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@project-labsx.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. You may not use another person's account without their permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You agree not to use the Services to: — Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spam, or illegal content. — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or network. — Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary software. — Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data at scale without written permission. — Harass, impersonate, or harm other users. — Violate any applicable law or regulation. We operate security research and AI safety programs. Responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities is welcome at security@project-labsx.com. Adversarial use is not.

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Services are owned by Project-Labs-x or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you. Content you create using our tools (outputs, edits, generated media) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and display that content solely to operate the Services. Open-source components of our software are licensed under their respective licences, which take precedence over these Terms for those components.

Some features are released as beta or early access. These are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. They may be unstable, incomplete, or discontinued at any time. By using beta features, you acknowledge that they may contain bugs, that data may be lost, and that behaviour may change without notice. Do not use beta features for critical or irreplaceable work. Feedback you provide on beta features may be used to improve the product without any obligation to compensate you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project-Labs-x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. To close your account, contact us at support@project-labsx.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued provision of the Services becomes commercially impractical. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales, to whose jurisdiction you irrevocably submit. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that mandates local law protections, nothing in these Terms limits those protections.
